shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and shall have all the powers necessary for the discharge of its functions.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e880f4 elementor-position-left elementor-view-default elementor-mobile-position-top elementor-vertical-align-top elementor-widget elementor-widget-icon-box\" data-id=\"2e880f4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" class=\"elementor-icon-box-description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tWithout prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), a county government may \u2013\u2013\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-000f9ca elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"000f9ca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>(a) enter into a contract;<br \/>(b) acquire, purchase, or lease any land; or<br \/>(c) delegate any of its functions to its officers, decentralised units or other entities within the county.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b1caa38 elementor-position-left elementor-view-default elementor-mobile-position-top elementor-vertical-align-top elementor-widget elementor-widget-icon-box\" data-id=\"b1caa38\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"icon-box.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div private organization in accordance with the provisions of any law relating to public or private partnerships for any work, service or function for which it is
