Badilisha Kiarie is spearheading the formation of a staff-led welfare organization.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Speaking during a listening session in Ol\u2019Kalou with staff from the Department of Education, Children, Gender Affairs, Culture and Social Services, County Secretary and Head of Public Service Mr. Frank K. Muchina revealed that the initiative aims at maximizing staff output for seamless service delivery under the Governor\u2019s CHANGE Manifesto.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Mr. Muchina added that a culture of fairness and respect for all members of staff is non-negotiable.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">\u201cThe Governor understands that workers are the face of Nyandarua, so we want to ensure equity, including promotions for all members of staff,\u201d he said.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Present was the department\u2019s County Executive Committee Member Hon.
