has this afternoon hosted a delegation drawn from CARE and GAIN \u2013 the two organizations spearheading the CASCADE project, a nutritional improvement intervention, in several counties, Nyandarua being one of them.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">The objective of the project is to \u201cimprove food security and contribute to the reduction of malnutrition of at least 5 million women of reproductive age and children\u201d in the targeted counties.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">\u201cWe will support all interventions that support our change agenda and especially one targeting to improve the welfare of our people. The CASCADE project speaks to one of the food security programmes that we are undertaking in the county through climate resilience projects, healthcare improvement and sustainable livelihoods,\u201d Governor Badilisha noted in his remarks to the team, which also included First Lady H.E Grace Kiarie.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">The delegation is on a county-wide visit, meeting select groups involved in the
