Badilisha Kiarie has directed staff from the Directorate of Enforcement and Compliance to maintain law and order, especially in revenue management, as it&#8217;s a critical enabler for development.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">In remarks delivered on his behalf by County Executive Committee Member for Public Service, Administration and Devolution Hon. (Dr.) Paul Wanjau during the closing of a 14-day leadership and command course for Sub-County commanders and their deputies at the Agriculture Training Center in Njabini\/Kiburu Ward, Kinangop Sub-County, the Governor noted that realization of our Own Source Revenue targets is tied to strict enforcement of rules, laws and attendant regulations.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">However, he warned that enforcement should be tempered with a human face.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\"><div dir=\"auto\">Present was County Executive Committee Member for Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Hon.
