At the County Government headquarters in Ol’Kalou, where His Excellency Governor Francis Kimemia today inked a Memorandum of Understanding with Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency (KEPROBA) Chairman Mr. Jas Bedi and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Wilfred Marube to promote Nyandarua’s export capacities and opportunities both locally and internationally.

Led by Dr. Marube, the KEPROBA team later made a courtesy call on Ol’Kalou-based Black Tulip, which is one of the largest independent floral companies growing premium varieties for export to various markets, including Europe and the United Arab Emirates.

Present were County Executive Committee Members Hon. Raphael Njui (Industrialization, Trade, Co-operatives and Urban Development) and Hon. Milka Wanjiru (Water, Environment, Tourism and Natural Resources), alongside Chief of Staff Mr. Charles Wachira.
In attendance were chief officers Mr. Samuel Muchunu (Co-operatives) and Mary Waithera (Tourism and Natural Resources).
