MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF OFFICER
Welcome to the Department of Roads, Transport, Energy and Public Works — the Department at the heart of connecting communities, enabling economic growth and supporting the delivery of essential public services across Nyandarua County.
Our mandate is to develop and maintain roads and transport infrastructure, manage county transport assets and machinery, promote energy access, and deliver quality public works and facilities across the County.
We are committed to timely, responsive, transparent and professional service delivery, ensuring value for public resources and quality in every project we undertake.
We invite members of the public to engage with us, provide feedback and report infrastructure challenges to help us improve services and respond to community needs.

As the Chief Officer for Environment, Climate Change & Natural Resources at the County Government of Nyandarua, she has spearheaded pivotal initiatives aimed at fostering environmental stewardship and sustainable development.

County’s online Feedback and Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) available at www.nyandarua.go.ke/grm.
This platform allows you to submit compliments, complaints, queries and track the progress and status of your submission in real time. Through the system, you can conveniently follow up on your feedback, provide additional information, and continue engaging with County officials regarding the same or other issues.
To use this service, you will be required to create an account on the system, which will enable you to securely submit and track your feedback through your personal dashboard.
The system provides a structured and transparent engagement process, enabling you to monitor responses and maintain a record of your interactions with the County Government.
