The local community had lodged a complaint against a resident who allegedly grabbed part of the land on which their cattle dip sits.

The Governor is prioritizing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms to fast-track the processing of land ownership documents, eliminate perennial double allocations, resolve protracted grievances and facilitate structured urbanization countywide.
